It is very Biblical and it is a VERY powerful thing! It is actually ordained by the Lord and far to few Christians understand all the implications, workings and BENEFITS from it!

"It is like the precious oil upon the head, That ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard; that came down upon the skirt of his garments" -Psalm 133:2
Scripture explains, quite plainly, that anointing ("oil") flows DOWN-from the top. This teaching ( as it relates to 'partnership') used to be prevalent across the Body of Christ years ago, but seems to have waned very much in recent years.
The "teaching", in a word, has to do with many spiritual principles but the first one is mentioned just above. Oil and anointing flows 'down from the top."
The second main component of 'partnership' is the truth that:
"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."-Galatians 6:7
Putting the two together you come up with the following:
If and as you sow into any ministry WHAT IS ON THAT MINISTRY
falls, comes back and runs down ON TO YOU!

Now, if it's o.k. with you, let's explore this just a little farther:
Suppose you are lacking in understanding or revelation of the Word?
Do you (should you) go team up with and partner with a brand new Christian in the Word?
>>>Probably not! :)
Suppose you are lacking in understanding of 'End Times' and the Book of Revelation, etc.? . . . should you go team up with a ministry whose main focus is to help troubled teens?
Ahhh...once again
NO! :)

RECAPPING:
You will gain the spiritual insight, grace, anointing, power, teaching and revelation of the "head of the body" that you connect yourself to. Look at the SCRIPTURE above concerning Aaron . . . and the oil upon his life!
AND
If you hang around the outskirts of a ministry you will get 'sprayed on' lightly

But
If you put some SUBSTANCE into a ministry, you have put yourself in a place of true, spiritual 'transfer' from that ministry [ Ephesians 6:8, 1 Samuel 9: 6-10 & Hebrews 11:1 ]

"Partnership" into any ministry becomes a true and powerful Biblical Truth.
